1. Does this powerbank only support iPhone?
- No. This powerbank also supports Android devices. You can use the USC-C port to charge your Android device. If your Android device supports wireless charging, you may also use the wireless charging feature from the powerbank.
2. Do I need to use Magsafe Case for wireless charging?
- If you own iPhone 12 till 16 series, your iPhone has Magsafe built inside, hence it is advisable to use a magsafe case so that the powerbank can stick to your device, and you can carry it everywhere you go while securely charging your device.
If you did not use a Magsafe compatible case, you still can charge your device, but it is only wireless charging, meaning, it will not stick onto your device like Magnetic Charging. You can only charge your device by placing it onto the table.
3. Do I need to remove my case in order to charge my phone via wireless charging?
- Generally, you do not need to remove your case when charging it via wireless charging. However, there might be some phone cases that is super bulky that will block the wireless charging feature. If so, you might need to remove the case.
To enhance Magnetic Charging experience, you are advised to use together with a Magsafe Compatible Case.
Magnetic Charging only supports iPhone 12 till 14 Pro Max.
Qi Wireless Charging supports iPhone 8 till 11 Pro Max or Android devices with wireless charging compatibility.
